These Terms of Use govern your use of Consoly, operated by Altona Studio LLC (“Consoly”, “we”, “us”). By using Consoly you agree to these terms.
The service
Consoly reads your Google Search Console data and presents prioritized, actionable insights. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Your account and access
- You must sign in with a valid Google account and may only connect Search Console properties you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use Consoly to access data you are not authorized to view, to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or to break any applicable law or the terms of the Google APIs.
No guarantee of results
Consoly offers suggestions based on your Search Console data. Search rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or business outcome.
Intellectual property
Consoly and its software, design, and content are owned by Altona Studio LLC. Your Search Console data remains yours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consoly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of traffic, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Consoly at any time and revoke its access to your data. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
