Consoly (“Consoly”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Altona Studio LLC. Consoly is an analytics assistant that turns your Google Search Console data into a prioritized list of actions. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account identity. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information so we can create and secure your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, or contacts.
- Google Search Console data. After you grant access, we read your Search Console performance data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, position), URL Inspection results (index status, last crawl time, rich-result status), and sitemap data for the properties you choose.
How we use it
- To build your dashboard: health scores, pages to optimize, content gaps, schema issues, crawl freshness, and traffic trends.
- To generate content suggestions. For this, aggregated query data for a property is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it to draft ideas. This data is used only to generate your suggestions. It is never used to train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, whether Anthropic’s or ours.
We never scrape or fetch your website. Every signal is derived from Google Search Console data only.
How it is stored and shared
Your data is stored in our database and associated with your account. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Consoly: Google (the Search Console and sign-in APIs) and Anthropic (content suggestions). Each processes data on our behalf to provide the service.
Limited use of Google user data
Consoly’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features described in this policy, we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide those features, no humans read your Google data except where required for security or to comply with the law, and we never use it for advertising or to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Your choices
- Disconnect Search Console and delete your data at any time from the “Delete my data” option in the Consoly app sidebar.
- Revoke access in your Google Account permissions.
- Request deletion of your account and stored data by emailing us.
Data retention
We keep your Search Console data while your account is active so the dashboard and trends work. When you delete your data or ask us to delete your account, we remove your stored data and disconnect Search Console.
